It is great fun, I have dumped most of my hours of gameplay into this and TF2 (although I idled a bit in TF2). But if you want a really really good COOP game, that has active development of free and paid DLC's, get Payday 2. I think that BL:TPS is the same as BL2, in terms of replayability and of COOP. I am currently playing BL2, and I think that it is great. I played CS:GO for a while, some people say it is a great game, and it is, and it has more replay ability, but sometimes it gets boring, at least for me.
IMHO, wait a week or two for the winter sale where CS:GO will be ~75% off, and same with BL2.
